Short and readable. By using SwapPrivate you agree to these terms.
1. What SwapPrivate is
SwapPrivate is an independent service for crypto to crypto swaps. Swaps are executed through our liquidity partners. SwapPrivate does not keep balances for users.
2. Your responsibilities
- You give correct receiving and refund addresses, on the right network, with a memo or tag where needed.
- You send the coin and network shown on your swap page. Coins sent on the wrong network may not be recoverable.
- You use the service only with funds you lawfully own, and in line with the laws that apply to you.
3. Rates
Rates are live and are estimates unless you choose a fixed rate and send within its window. Network conditions and the market can change the final amount on a floating rate.
4. Reviews, holds and refusals
We may review, delay or decline a swap before a deposit address is created, for example above the review threshold or when an address appears on a sanctions list. Deposits may be held for compliance checks. See AML and large swaps.
5. Liability
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect addresses or networks entered by you, or by blockchain delays. If something goes wrong with a swap, we will work with you to resolve it.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to swaps created after it was published.
